JUDGMENT OF THE VALUATION TRIBUNAL

ISSUED ON THE 8TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1998

By Notice of Appeal dated 7th July 1997 the Appellant, Euro-Decor Ltd., appealed against

the determination of the Commissioner of Valuation in fixing a rateable valuation of £30 on the

above described hereditament.

The grounds of appeal as set out in the Notice of Appeal, are that:

"the RV is excessive having regard to the market conditions as at 1988, the level of rent payable

at that time and recently revised shops on this section of Georges Street lower".
