Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 6 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act 2011 (No. 10 of 2011), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act 2011 (Appointed Day) Order 2011.

2. The 6th day of July 2011 is appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act 2011 (No. 10 of 2011).
