  1. J. B., J. H., L. R. and D. B. were returned for trial on August 6th, 1932, to the Circuit Criminal Court for the County of Kerry to be held in the following October, and each of them was ordered to enter into a personal recognisance of £200 and two sureties of £100 each, pending the trial at the Circuit Criminal Court, or any adjournment thereof, which each of them did. At the Circuit Criminal Court each of the applicants pleaded "not guilty,"and, on the application of the Attorney-General, the trial was transferred to the next sittings of the Central Criminal Court at Dublin. At that sittings the Attorney-General applied for, and was granted, an adjournment of the trial to the next ensuing sittings of the Central Criminal Court, but the applicants were not brought to trial in that sittings.
