Validity - Issue of summons on a Sunday - Sunday Observance Act,1695, s. 7.

A summons for alleged dangerous driving contrary to the Road Traffic Act, 1961, bore on its face a date indicating that it had been issued on a Sunday. Held that the summons was not thereby rendered invalid by virtue of the Sunday Observance Act, 1695.
