THE Master, by his report in this cause, found that Richard Bequest of an annuity to the Keatinge, by his will, bearing date the 8th of January 1844, be- monks of S., to provide queathed the sum of 20 yearly to the monks of Shandon, near clothing for the poor cil- Dungarvan, to provide clothing for the poor children attending dren attending their - their school ; the like sum of 20 yearly to the nuns of Dun- Helds to bechools garvan convent, to provide clothing for the poor children attending valid. Held also, their school; and the sum of 20 yearly to the parish priest of Dun- that the be quest showed a garvan, to defray the expenses of an organ and organist in the general chari- table intent, chapel of Dun garvan ; the sum of 20 to Michael Cox, senior, which the Court would during his life, and after his decease, to the monks of Mount effectuate, though the school should be accidentally discontinued, or should cease to answer the very description of it in the will. Bequest of an annuity to the parish priest of D., to provide for the expense of an organ and organist for the chapel of B. :-Held, valid. A testator bequeathed an annuity to the monks of M., to be appropriated to the improvement of the chapel of M.
