In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints

Background
The claimant was employed by the respondent from the 25th April 2016 until the 16th January 2018. It was submitted that the she(claimant) was €9.25 per hour and worked 70 hours per week
Findings
The claimant did not attend the hearing however her representative put forward various arguments of alleged breaches of the different sections of the Organisation Working Time Act 1997. The respondent for their part submitted records to support their position
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I decide in relation to the complaints in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act. I find that based on the direct evidence from the respondent the complaints are not well founded and fall.
