Appeal of Adjudication Officer Decision No’s: ADJ-00009096 CA-00011919-002.; BACKGROUND : 2. The Worker appealed the Decision of the Adjudication Officer to the Labour Court on 24 June 2019. A Labour Court hearing took place on 31 August 2021. The following is the Court's Determination.; DETERMINATION : This is an appeal by Mr Lorcan Cribbin, against Adjudication Officer’s Decision ADJ-00009096 given under the Employment Equality Acts 1998 to2015 (the Acts). The Adjudication Officer held that the Complainant had failed to establish a prima facie case. In line with the normal practice of the Court, the parties are referred to in this Determination as they were at first instance. Hence, Lorcan Cribbin, is referred to as the Complainant and Mayo County Council is referred to as the Respondent. The Complainant lodged his complaint with the WRC on the 14/06/2017.
