Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2023

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (No. 26 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2023.

2. The 24th day of February 2023 is appointed as the day on which -

(a) paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of subsection (1), and

(b) subsection (2),

of section 26 of the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (No. 26 of 2022) shall come into operation.
