Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st January, 2013.

I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Civil Defence Act 2012 (No. 51 of 2012), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Defence Board Dissolution Order 2012.

2. The 31st day of December 2012 is appointed as the dissolution day for the Civil Defence Board.
