On the allocation of a fund in Court, representing the proceeds of the sale of five per cent. War Loan, a claim was made by the Commissioners of Inland Revenue for the payment of income tax accrued in respect of the income of the fund:—Held, that the deduction of income tax before distribution of the fund amongst persons entitled would be a contravention of the terms upon which the five per cent.
