CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT, 1994 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1994.

I, MÁIRE GEOGHEGAN-QUINN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (Commencement) Order, 1994. 2. The Criminal Justice Act, 1994 , other than section 32, Part V (sections 33 to 37), Part VII (sections 46 to 56), section 57 and section 58 (2) and the First Schedule and the Second Schedule to that Act, shall come into operation on the 14th day of November, 1994.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This order provides for the coming into force of specified provisions of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 .
