I, JOHN O'DONOGHUE, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1999 (No. 10 of 1999), order as follows: | ||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1999 (Part III) (Commencement) Order, 2001. | ||
|
2. The 1st day of October, 2001, is fixed as the day on which Part III of the Criminal Justice Act, 1999 (No. 10 of 1999), shall come into operation. | ||
