DUBLIN TRANSPORT AUTHORITY ACT 2008 (PARTS 3, 4, 5 AND SECTION 115(2)) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2009

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th November, 2009.

I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (Parts 3, 4, 5 and section 115(2)) (Commencement) Order 2009.

2. The day fixed as the day on which Part 3 (other than sections 58 and 61), Part 4, Part 5 (other than Chapter 1) and section 115(2) of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008) come into operation is 1 December 2009.

This Order provides for the commencement of Part 3 (other than sections 58 and 61), Part 4, Part 5 (other than Chapter 1) and section 115(2) of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 with effect from 1 December 2009.
