DUBLIN TRANSPORT AUTHORITY ACT 2008 (PARTS 1, 7, 8 AND 9) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2008

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th July, 2008.

I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (Parts 1, 7, 8 and 9) (Commencement) Order 2008.

2. The day fixed as the day on which Parts 1 and 7 (other than sections 114 and 115(2)) and Parts 8 and 9 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008) come into operation is 1 August 2008.
