Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th November, 2009.

I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (Part 2) (Establishment Day) Order 2009.

2. The day appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part 2 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008) is 1 December 2009.
