CHANCERY REPORTS. 151 exercised a discretion on the point, and disallowed them because he considered no sufficient reason was given for exceeding the usual amount, the Court, as I before stated, should not interfere. But,' as the bill is to go back on the other items, these may be included. It is ordered by the Right Hon. the MASTER OF THE ROLLS that it be referred to David Coffey, Esq., one of the Taxing-masters of the Court, to reconsider the items of the bill of costs in the notice mentioned, and to decide them as he shall think proper. THE receiver in this cause had presented a petition to the Court of Bankruptcy and Insolvency, and had compromised for the payment of his debts by instalments.
