I, DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (2B) (inserted by the Firearms Act, 1971 (No. 13 of 1971)) of section 2 of the Firearms Act, 1925 (No. 17 of 1925), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Firearms (Dangerous Weapons) Order, 1972. 2. Firearms of the following kinds, namely, pistols and revolvers, are hereby declared to be especially dangerous. |
