SEA-FISHERIES AND MARITIME JURISDICTION ACT 2006

This Revised Act is an administrative consolidation of the Sea-Fisheries and Maritime Jurisdiction Act 2006. It is prepared by the Law Reform Commission in accordance with its function under the Law Reform Commission Act 1975 (3/1975) to keep the law under review and to undertake revision and consolidation of statute law.

All Acts up to and including the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (6/2022), enacted 12 April 2022, and all statutory instruments up to and including the Sea-Fisheries (North Western Waters Landing Obligation) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 (S.I. No. 224 of 2022), made 31 March 2022, were considered in the preparation of this revision.
