Hamill v J. Williams Ltd

Claimant commenced work in February 1994 and was subjected to constant verbal abuse and intimidation by the respondent and his two sons. His evidence was uncontested as the respondent did not appear. Claimant's health suffered and as a consequence he resigned. Tribunal determined that claimant was dissmissed and it was unfair awarding the claimant £1,520 compensation.
