Premium to be paid out of capital moneys - Sanction of Court - Jurisdiction.

On the application of trustees for the purposes of the Settled Land Act, 1882, the Court authorised the payment out of capital moneys of the premium on an insurance of a mansion house against damage or fire arising out of riot or civil commotion, the subject-matter of the trust, situated in a disturbed district.
