HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2001
AN ACT TO AMEND THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT, 2000. [16th July, 2001]
BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
	Amendment of section 5 of Human Rights Commission Act, 2000.	1.— Section 5 of the Human Rights Commission Act, 2000 is hereby amended by—
	(a) in subsection (1), the substitution of “14” for “eight”, and
	(b) in subsection (2), the substitution of “7” for “4” in each place where it occurs.
	Short title and collective citation.	2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Human Rights Commission (Amendment) Act, 2001.
	(2) The Human Rights Commission Act, 2000 and this Act may be cited together as the Human Rights Commission Acts, 2000 and 2001.
