No evidence of priority of execution - Inconsistency of provisions - Admissibility to probate.

A testatrix executed two wills on the same day. No evidence was forthcoming as to which was executed last. The provisions of the wills were consistent in some respects, but inconsistent in others. Each contained a revocation clause. The Court refused to grant probate of either.
