I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5(1) of the Inland Fisheries Act 2010 (No. 10 of 2010), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Inland Fisheries Act (Establishment Day) Order 2010.

2. The day appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Inland Fisheries Act 2010 (No. 10 of 2010) is 1 July 2010.
