Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Judicial Council Act 2019 (No. 33 of 2019), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Judicial Council Act 2019 (Establishment Day) Order 2019.

2. The 17th day of December 2019 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Judicial Council Act 2019 (No. 33 of 2019).

This Order appoints the 17 December 2019 as the date on which the Judicial Council is established.
