JURY DISTRICTS ORDER, 1976.

I, PATRICK COONEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 5 of the Juries Act, 1976 (No. 4 of 1976), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Jury Districts Order, 1976.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 5th day of March, 1976.

3. The Jury District of the County of Cork (including the County Borough of Cork) is hereby limited to the parts of the said county shown in Part I of the Schedule hereto.

4. The Counties of Donegal, Galway, Kerry, Kildare, Leitrim, Louth, Mayo, Monaghan, Roscommon, Offaly and Wicklow are hereby divided respectively into the several Jury Districts shown in Part II of the Schedule hereto.

Jury District of County Cork.

Consisting of the County Borough of Cork and the following District Electoral Division in the County of Cork:
