The plaintiffs obtained an injunction perpetually restraining the defendants, their servants and agents, from fishing the entire tidal portion of the waters of the River Moy to which they were declared by the Court to be entitled. Certain persons, not parties to the action, but with knowledge of the existence of the order of the Court granting the injunction, together with certain of the defendants (other than the Attorney-General) fished the plaintiffs' portion of the River Moy, without leave.
