I, BRENDAN SMITH, Minister for Justice and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 34 of the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 , hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2011.

2. The 1st day of April, 2011 is fixed as the day on which the following provisions of the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (No. 2 of 2011) shall come into operation:

(a) Sections 1 to 13,

(b) Sections 15 to 31,

(c) Sections 33 and 34,
