The applicant was seeking to incorporate and register an organisation having the name Comhar na Múinteoirí Gaeilge as a company with limited liability without share capital and to that end applied in the Companies office to obtain the appropriate forms in the Irish language version. They were not available to her in that language and following delay and difficulty as to the making available to her of such forms, she commenced proceedings in the High Court to compel the Registrar of Companies to provide her with the appropriate forms.
