Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th February, 2013.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 5 of the National Treasury Management Agency Act 1990 (No. 18 of 1990), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency Act 1990 (Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Act, 2013) Delegation of Functions Order 2013.

2. The following functions of the Minister for Finance are delegated to the National Treasury Management Agency:

(a) the function of the Minister under section 54 (7F) of the Finance Act, 1970 (inserted by the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Act 2013 (No. 2 of 2013)), and

(b) the function of the Minister under section 17 (1) of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Act, 2013 (No. 2 of 2013).

This order provides that certain functions of the Minister for Finance under the Finance Act, 1970 and under the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Act, 2013 are delegated to the National Treasury Management Agency.
