Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th July, 2013.

The Insolvency Service of Ireland in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3 and section 20 of the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 [No. 44 of 2012] (the “Act”), with the consent of the Minister for Justice and Equality, hereby makes the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (Personal Insolvency Practitioner Authorisation and Renewal of Authorisation Prescribed Fees) Regulations 2013.

2. (1) The amount of €1,500 is prescribed as the fee payable to the Insolvency Service of Ireland for the purposes of section 163(2)(e) of the Act.

(2) The amount of €1,000 is prescribed as the fee payable to the Insolvency Service of Ireland for the purposes of section 166(2)(c)(ii) of the Act.
