Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th August, 2010.

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2010.

2. The 19th of August 2010 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 (No. 30 of 2010) come into operation:

(a) sections 1, 2, 3 and 4;

(b) sections 26, 28 and 29;

(c) section 37;

(d) sections 42 and 46;

(e) sections 53, 54, 55 and 56;

(f) sections 58, 64, 66 and 68;

(g) sections 70, 71 and 73;

(h) section 81.
