I, BRENDAN HOWLIN, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 (No. 14 of 2014), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 (Commencement) Order 2014.

2. The 15th day of July 2014 is appointed as the day on which the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 (No. 14 of 2014) comes into operation.
