Qualifications (Education and Training) Act, 1999 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 2001

I, Michael Woods, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Qualifications (Education and Training) Act, 1999 (No. 26 of 1999), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Qualifications (Education and Training) Act, 1999 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 2001.

2. The eleventh day of June, 2001, is hereby appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Education (Qualifications and Training) Act, 1999 (No. 26 of 1999), shall come into operation, namely—

(a) Parts III, IV, V, VI and VII, and

(b) insofar as they are not in operation immediately before the making of this Order, Part VIII and the First, Second and Third Schedules.
