EQUITY SERIES. of fulfilling the said forage contract during the same periods ; or in paying a commission at the rate aforesaid on such sum or sums of money as shall have been advanced or paid as aforesaid ; and also an account of all sums of money, if any, since paid by the said James Bracken, or on his behalf, on foot of any of such sums, and what balance, if any, remains due by James Bracken on such account ; and I must declare James Bracken entitled to prove as a separate creditor of Mary Bracken for such sum, if any, as shall be found due to him upon the said accounts, as regards the said. An. annuity was bequeathed to the separate use of an unmarried minor ; and some gales of the annuity having been lodged by trustees under the Trustee Relief Act, the Court, on the petition of the minor's father, directed the trustees to lodge the future gales of the annuity as they should accrue to the credit of the matter, and that they should be paid to the Petitioner's solicitor, on his personal undertaking to transmit them to the Petitioner, who also undertook to account yearly for their due application to the minor's education. BY his will, which was made on the 9th of March, 1853, John Lloyd bequeathed to his granddaughter, Ellen Edith Lloyd Coffins, £1000, to vest and be payable on her attaining the age of 508 THE IRISH REPORTS.
