An. annuity was bequeathed to the separate use of an unmarried minor ; and some gales of the annuity having been lodged by trustees under the Trustee Relief Act, the Court, on the petition of the minor's father, directed the trustees to lodge the future gales of the annuity as they should accrue to the credit of the matter, and that they should be paid to the Petitioner's solicitor, on his personal undertaking to transmit them to the Petitioner, who also undertook to account yearly for their due application to the minor's education. BY his will, which was made on the 9th of March, 1853, John Lloyd bequeathed to his granddaughter, Ellen Edith Lloyd Coffins, £1000, to vest and be payable on her attaining the age of 508 THE IRISH REPORTS.
