Testatrix died possessed of assets amounting in value to about £1,800, including £351 on deposit in an English bank, £27 on deposit in an English building society and National Savings Certificates, issued to her by an English post office, to the value of £804. By her will, she bequeathed to the defendants "any moneys on deposit in England."Held that the National Savings Certificates passed under this bequest.
