Application for declaration of fitness of hotel premises when built -Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1960, s. 15.

The applicant having failed to obtain a declaration under the provisions of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1960, s. 15 in respect of a proposed building on which he intended to carry on a public house business, applied to the Court for a declaration in respect of a hotel which he proposed to build on the same site, Held by Haugh J., that the provisions of section 15 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1960, apply to proposed hotel premises and that in the circumstances of the case, the declaration should be granted.
