Residential Institutions Redress Act 2002 (Additional Institutions) Order 2004

I, Mary Hanafin, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Residential Institutions Redress Act 2002 (No. 13 of 2002), and having caused a draft to be laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving of the draft having been passed by each such House, hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Residential Institutions Redress Act 2002 (Additional Institutions) Order 2004. 2. The Schedule to the Residential Institutions Redress Act 2002 (No. 13 of 2002) is amended by the insertion of the institutions specified in the Schedule to this Order.
