I, Martin Cullen, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 23(2) of the Road Traffic Act 2006 (No. 23 of 2006), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2007. 2. The day fixed as the day on which sections 6, 7 and 18 of the Road Traffic Act 2006 (No. 23 of 2006) come into operation is 5 March 2007. | ||
