What is the School Meals Local Projects Scheme?

The School Meals Programme provides funding towards the provision of food services in schools and

organisations.

Funding is provided for food items only and priority is currently provided to schools which are part of the

Department of Education’s Delivering Equality of Opportunity in Schools (DEIS) initiative.

How to complete this application form?

• write with a black ballpoint pen, use capital letters and place an X in the relevant boxes;

• fill in Parts 1 to 4 as they apply to your school or club; and

• sign the declaration in Part 4.
