SUPERANNUATION (DESIGNATION OF APPROVED ORGANISATIONS) REGULATIONS, 1964.

I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 4 of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963 (No. 24 of 1963), hereby make the following regulations :

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Superannuation (Designation of Approved Organisations) Regulations, 1964.

2. The organisations set out in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby designated as approved organisations for the purposes of section 4 of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963 .

SCHEDULE.

The Agricultural Credit Corporation, Limited.

Bord Fáilte Éireann.

Córas Iompair Éireann.

The Electricity Supply Board.

Radio Éireann.

GIVEN under my Official Seal this 8th day of May, 1964.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

Section 4 of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963 , provides for the transfer of pensionable service in the ease of staff transfers between the Civil Service and " approved organisations " and between one " approved organisation " and another. These regulations designate the five organisations set out in the Schedule as " approved organisations ".
