Terence J. Morrissey v Patrick Curtin

Claimant and respondent did not enjoy a good working relationship. On occasions the claimant resigned or was dismissed but they reconciled their differences and the claimant returned without loss of service. On the last occasion a disagreement arose which resulted in the first place of the parties not talking and then the respondent telling the claimant to f. off. The Tribunal determined that these words amounted to a dismissal. the respondent failed to show justification and ruled it unfair. Awarded a total of £4,925.
