CHANCERY REPORTS. 1'63 Mr. Darley, for the petitioner. Mr. J. 01-1-agan, for the head landlord, contended that the inÂÂterest on the renewal and septennial fines should be calculated at 6 per cent. The MASTER OF THE ROLLS, having taken time to consider, made an order (December 18) confirming the Master's report, and directing that the receiver should pay the sum of 81. 1s, 8d., the minor's proportion of fines and interest, together with interest at 5 per cent. from the 1st of August 1863; and that Anne Disney and Elizabeth Kennedy should pay their proportions of the -fine, with like interest from the 1st of August 1863. 1863. ELIZABETH MATILDA COLLIVER, the wife of Brice M'Innes In Ireland, Arundel Colliver, was entitled to the sum of 233. 16s. ld. stock in , money Court belong part of a trust fund standing to the credit 'of this matter. No ing to the wife, not exceeding settlement had been executed on the marriage of Mr. and Mrs. 100, may be paid to her Colliver. ' They and the Rev. G. L. Hanson (who claimed another husband with out her con share of the trust fund) presented a petition praying, inter alia, that sent. the said sum of 233. 16s. 1 d. stock should be transferred by the Statement. Accountant-General to Mr. Colliver. The price of the stock so t to be transferred was less than 200. ugh Mr. Warren, in moving the petition, stated, that in England the Argument. wife's consent was not required to the payment of a sum under 200 to the husband. The limited sum is smaller in Ireland, but it is not determined by any General Order or reported decision. 164 CHANCERY REPORTS. 1866.
