Dismissal of member of the Garda Síochána by decision of the Commissioner - Commissioner dispensing with inquiry under the Garda Síochána (Discipline) Regulations 1971, (S;I. No. 316 of 1971), and invoking his special powers of dismissal under Regulation 34 of said Regulations - dismissal challenged as having been made without regard for the requirements of natural and constitutional justice - decision of Commissioner upheld.
