I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 27 of the Transport Act, 1958 (No. 19 of 1958), hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the Transport Act, 1958 (Markets and Fairs) Order, 1958. 2.—(1) The following markets and fairs are hereby specified for the purposes of section 27 of the Transport Act, 1958 (No. 19 of 1958), namely— |
