The couple jetted off to Malta for their special day, as Amy's grandmother is from the Mediterranean nation. The proposal itself took place much closer to home in Wicklow after the two headed away for an overnight trip.
Amy packed her tripod as the couple were filming content for their lifestyle brand over the course of the weekend. She was completely unaware that the footage would provide a permanent keepsake of her and Fergus' relationship.
Amy told Dublin Live: "We had a walk and picnic planned in Lough Dan. When we got there I set up my tripod and camera to shoot content for our wellness brand Ethos. I had no idea I was about to capture my own engagement on video! Fergus proposed in the lake in the most beautiful setting. It was a scorcher of a day."

Palazzo Parisio is an 18th century baroque palace once owned by Napoleon. It was pure opulence and totally allowed me to play into my obsession with Bridgerton. Our ceremony, hosted by Fergus' brother Emmett, was so personal which was so important to both of us as it brought so much more meaning and emotion to the ceremony. It was certainly one of...
